Product description
The culture medium is heated continuously, kept warm and cooled by a special disinfection device outside the fermentation tank, and then enters the fermentation tank for sterilization. With the trend of large-scale equipment and automation in fermentation engineering, it is necessary and wise to apply the continuous disinfection process of medium in large-scale fermentation. The energy-saving and efficient continuous fire extinguishing system adopts jet heating + plate heat exchange recovery process, which can be customized according to the actual needs of users. The system is mainly composed of feed pump, jet heater (which can also be replaced by plate heat exchanger), plate heat exchanger, maintenance tank and automatic control system. The medium is heated by jet heater at high temperature, and then it is cooled by a series of plate heat exchangers. The cold medium is used as coolant. In this way, the hot medium is cooled and the cold medium is preheated. After cooling by the first stage plate heat exchanger, it enters the empty fermentation tank for use.
