Axial flow propeller agitator

The inclination angle between the front blade surface and the moving direction of the propeller agitator is continuous (like that of the propulsive propeller), and the rear of the blade has a fixed inclination as the inclined blade surface. Therefore, it integrates the characteristics of the propulsive propeller and the inclined blade turbine propeller, and is a widely used agitator. It is similar to the propelling type, belonging to the axial-flow agitator, with large circulation capacity and low power consumption, and like the inclined blade turbine impeller, its shear performance has been improved, so it has a relatively large scope of application. Low viscosity liquid mixing, dispersion, dissolution, solid suspension, crystallization, heat transfer, liquid phase reaction and other processes are applicable, and also used in some gas absorption process.
