　　The basic flow pattern of the open turbine stirrer is radial flow, and a small part has axial flow. When there is a baffle plate, it can form two circulation flows from the blade, which has high shear force and large circulation capacity. The shear force of straight blade turbine is the largest, that of curved blade turbine is the smallest, and that of inclined blade turbine is in the middle. Therefore, the straight blade open turbine type is more suitable for the dispersion operation process; the curved blade discharge performance is good, the blade is not easy to wear, it is more suitable for suspension operation process, and is also suitable for solid dissolution. They can be used in other mixing processes, so turbine agitator is the most widely used agitator in operation process.
