Disk turbine agitator

　　The basic flow pattern of disc turbine agitator is radial flow, and a few parts have axial flow. When there is baffle plate, it can form two circulation flow from the blade, which has high shear force and large circulation capacity. Among them, the straight blade disk turbine type has the largest shear force, the curved blade disk turbine type has the minimum shear force, and the inclined blade disk turbine type and arrow blade disk turbine type have the middle shear force. In the middle of the fermentation process, it is more suitable for the gas to be absorbed in the lower part of the stirrer. Among them, the six parabolic disk turbine (BTD) and the six semicircular disk turbine (HY) are two kinds of agitators widely praised in the current fermentation industry, and their gas dispersion performance is better.
