The jet swirl gas distributor is mainly composed of Venturi nozzle and spray ring. The structure model and flow model are shown in the following figure: when the compressed air with the pressure of PP injected into the fermentation tank is ejected from the contraction nozzle, the static pressure energy is converted into the velocity energy, and the pressure at the suction port of the ejector is reduced to P1. Under the effect of the compressed air injection, the fermentation broth VL with the density of R1 is inhaled and enters the diffuser of the ejector together with the air, The gas-liquid two-phase mixing developed from initial mixing to intense mixing oscillation, and produced gas dynamic foaming and pressure foaming, which made fermentation broth and air be crushed into a large number of micro particles, creating a highly turbulent, expanding and constantly updated surface emulsion interface between gas and liquid.

　　结构原理

　　喷射旋流气体分布器主要由文丘里喷嘴和喷环两部分构成。其结构模型和流动模型如下图所示：当通入发酵罐内压力为Pp的压缩空气从收缩型喷嘴喷出，在其静压能转换为速度能的同时，使喷射器吸入口的压力降低到P1，在压缩空气的喷射作用下，将密度为r1的发酵液VL吸入并随空气一并进入喷射器扩散管，在扩散管喉部，气、液两相由初步的混合发展为激烈的混合震荡，并产生气体动力沫化和压力沫化，使发酵液和空气被粉碎成大量的微小粒群，造就气、液间一个高度湍动、扩展且表面不断更新的乳化界面。

　　应用领域

　　喷射旋流气体分布器特别适合作为大型搅拌发酵罐的气体分布器，溶氧水平高，再配以新型的搅拌器组合，节能效果显著。本装置已在大型柠檬酸发酵罐中已得到成功应用，在大大降低搅拌功率的同时，产酸速率和产酸总量也有明显提高。
