The TH-2005C type biochemical process control system developed by Tian Hui company has independent control module. The parameters of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, rotational speed, air flow and tank pressure are controlled by fuzzy PID intelligent controller with self setting function. The control of foam and feeding is controlled by time sequence. Each independent parameter can be connected to the upper computer through process bus.
