Th-dcs biochemical process distributed control system is composed of lower computer and upper computer, which has the characteristics of centralized management and decentralized control. The control calculation and fermentation data collection are completed by the lower computer, while the upper computer monitors the whole fermentation process in real time, records, analyzes and prints the report forms. Due to the decentralized control, if the upper computer fails, it will not affect the control and data acquisition of the lower computer, and there is no problem of fault diffusion between the lower computer and the lower computer, which greatly reduces the probability of system collapse due to local fault.
