TH-BCS型生化过程控制软件基于WINDOWS2000/XP操作系统，主要有两种形式：
1、采用Visible Basic或C语言自主研发的，配套HK-2005A、B两种控制器，应用于小型发酵系统;
2、根据用户需要在国内外著名组态软件基础上开发拓展而成，主要用于大型发酵系统的上位机。
两者的主要功能除了对整个发酵过程进行实时监控外，还可以查看实时曲线和历史曲线，一幅画面能显示多条曲线，时间坐标可以任意拖拉设定，每条曲线的上下限值可独立设置，方便数据进行对比分析比较;基于发酵数据特殊要求，每个发酵罐的数据独立按时间要求进行记录，便于查阅分析;可以设置报警值、密码安全管理及数据按曲线和报表形式打印等。
发酵控制软件可升级或根据工艺需要调整，可对发酵工艺的优化和设计提供可靠依据。
