The culture medium is heated continuously, kept warm and cooled by a special disinfection device outside the fermentation tank, and then enters the fermentation tank for sterilization. With the trend of large-scale equipment and automation in fermentation engineering, it is necessary and wise to apply the continuous disinfection process of medium in large-scale fermentation. The energy-saving and efficient continuous fire extinguishing system adopts jet heating + plate heat exchange recovery process, which can be customized according to the actual needs of users.
CIP cleaning in place (CIP) is a new and effective cleaning technology, which is widely used in dairy products, juice, beer, sugar, pharmaceutical and other industries. CIP on-site cleaning is to use high-temperature and high concentration cleaning solution to clean and disinfect the equipment in situ under the condition that the equipment, pipelines and valves do not need to be disassembled and moved to other places. CIP on-site cleaning system can reduce labor intensity, and its cleaning effect can be quantified by conductivity. Computer automatic program cleaning and conductivity feedback control can standardize the cleaning effect and efficiency.
Tianhui company has class I and II class D pressure vessel manufacturing qualification (Certificate No. ts2232480-2015) and GC3 pressure pipeline installation, transformation and maintenance qualification (Certificate No. ts3832295-2016). It has the manufacturing capacity and experience of large pressure vessels, especially good at the manufacture of stainless steel vessels. He has accumulated rich experience in equipment manufacturing and surface treatment (matte, mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing, pickling passivation, sand blasting), and has large workshop and automatic manufacturing equipment. We can manufacture 100 m3 (diameter ≤ 4000 mm) pressure vessels and various auxiliary tanks in the factory, and we can manufacture fermentation tanks and other steel containers up to 1000 cubic meters at the customer's site.
